What are the shipping costs? At Mary & Rose, we want to make this final farewell as accessible as possible.

Orders over $20: FREE Shipping across the USA.

Orders under $20: A flat rate of $4.95 applies at checkout to cover secure postage.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. As a thank you for your support during our closing chapter, shipping is free on all orders of $20 or more. For smaller orders, a standard fee of $2.95 applies.
How can I track my order? Once your package leaves our NYC studio, you will receive an email with your personal Tracking Number. You can track your package's journey directly via our Track Your Order page.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
(Our Closing Promise)
Can I return a jewelry piece? Yes. Even though we are closing, we stand by our quality. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return an item, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.
How many days do I have to return an item? You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. We want you to be completely happy with your piece of Mary & Rose history.
When will I be refunded? Once we receive and inspect your return at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days automatically to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item? Because our stock is extremely limited and disappearing fast, we do not accept direct exchanges. Recommendation: If you want a different size or style, we strongly advise you to return your item for a refund and place a new order immediately to secure the piece before it sells out.
Do you charge restocking fees? No. We believe in ending this journey with integrity. We do not charge any restocking fees.
What are the return costs?

Can I cancel my order? We try to pack and ship orders as fast as possible to clear our shelves. Once an order is placed, it enters our system immediately, so cancellations are often not possible. Please check your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Do you offer minimalist and elegant jewelry? Yes. Our collection consists of necklaces, rings, bracelets, and earrings that represent the bond between my mother and me. Each piece is chosen to blend Mary’s timeless elegance with modern simplicity.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic? Absolutely. My mother, Mary, had sensitive skin, so this was non-negotiable. All our pieces are nickel-free and designed for optimal comfort, even for the most sensitive skin.
Is your jewelry water-resistant? Yes. Unlike traditional delicate jewelry, our pieces are crafted from premium Stainless Steel. They are designed to be life-proof. You can wear them in the shower or while swimming without worrying about tarnishing. (Note: To keep the gold shine perfect for decades, avoiding harsh chemicals is always recommended).
