RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Guarantee At Mary & Rose, your satisfaction is our priority. While we are closing our doors, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. We offer a generous 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a refund, your returned items must meet the following criteria:

Must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed.

Must have all tags attached and be in the original packaging (jewelry box/pouch).

Must show no signs of wear, stains, or damage.
Please note: Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be refunded. Mary & Rose reserves the right to refuse a return if the product appears used or damaged by the customer.
Return Procedure

Contact Us: Email support@maryandrose.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Approval: If your return is approved, I will personally provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

Ship It: Send the package back to us using the instructions provided. Warning: Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Our Error: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), Mary & Rose will cover the shipping costs.
Shipping Method Please use a shipping service with Track & Trace. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Cancellations Because we are working hard to clear our stock efficiently, orders are processed immediately. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please check your cart carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Because our stock is limited and selling out, the best way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@maryandrose.com with clear photos of the issue. We will organize a free replacement or a full refund right away.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
