Orders of $20 or more: FREE Shipping.

Orders under $20: A flat shipping fee of $2.95 will be applied automatically at checkout.

Estimated Delivery: Generally between 5 and 8 business days
TRACK YOUR ORDER
You can track your order a few days after purchase. Once your package leaves our studio, a personal Tracking Number will be sent to your email. You can track your package directly via our [Track Your Order] page.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR PHONE
Need to make a change? Act fast. To modify your phone number or shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at support@maryandrose.com before the order is shipped.

Important: Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, these details can no longer be changed.

In that case, you will need to wait for the package to arrive, request a return, and place a new order.
LOST PACKAGE?
We do everything we can to ensure your package arrives safely.

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered, we will always send a new replacement package free of charge first.

If the order is still not received after 60 days, we will proceed with a full refund.
