We want you to cherish your piece of history. Because we value our customers until the very end, we uphold a standard 30-day return policy, even during our closing sale.
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a full refund. Unfortunately, once this 30-day period has passed, we can no longer offer a refund as we are in the process of permanently closing our accounts.
Refund Method: All refunds will be automatically processed back to the original payment method used during your purchase.

All our jewelry is guaranteed against abnormal discoloration. My mother believed that quality shouldn't fade, and neither should your favorite pieces.
What this means:
If the color of your jewelry fades or changes abnormally during standard use (excluding exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive perfume, or misuse), we will provide a free replacement.
This guarantee applies to all our Stainless Steel, Silver, and Gold-Plated collections.
How to request a replacement:
Since we are in our final chapter, we are handling these requests personally to ensure you are satisfied.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a brand-new replacement free of charge.

Why are you closing Mary & Rose?
As shared in our story, this brand was a shared dream between my mother, Mary, and myself. Since her passing, continuing the business alone has been emotionally overwhelming. I have decided to close the studio to give myself the space to heal. This is a final clearance to ensure every beautiful piece she selected finds a loving home.
Can I return my order if I don't love it?
Yes, absolutely. even though we are closing our doors, our values remain the same until the very end. My mother, Mary, taught me that a happy customer is worth more than a sale.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic? (I have sensitive skin)
Absolutely. My mother, Mary, had very sensitive skin herself, so this was her number one rule. All our pieces are lead-free, nickel-free, and designed to be gentle on the skin. We wouldn't sell anything we couldn't wear ourselves.
Will the jewelry turn green or tarnish in water?
These pieces were designed to be part of your daily life, not just for special occasions. They are water-resistant and made to last. However, to keep the gold shining as bright as the day we packed it, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals or perfumes. Treat them with care, and they will stay beautiful for years.
How long will shipping take?
I (Rose) am personally overseeing the packing of these final orders to ensure they are sent off with love. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Since this is a clearance event, we are working as fast as we can to get your package to you.
