Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to request a full refund. Unfortunately, once this 30-day period has passed, we can no longer offer a refund as we are in the process of permanently closing our accounts.

In its original packaging (box/pouch).

Please note: Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts (not due to our error) cannot be refunded.

All our jewelry is guaranteed against abnormal discoloration. My mother believed that quality shouldn't fade, and neither should your favorite pieces.

What this means:
If the color of your jewelry fades or changes abnormally during standard use (excluding exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive perfume, or misuse), we will provide a free replacement.

This guarantee applies to all our Stainless Steel, Silver, and Gold-Plated collections.

How to request a replacement:
Since we are in our final chapter, we are handling these requests personally to ensure you are satisfied.

3. Attach a clear photo of the item showing the issue.
4. Briefly describe what happened.

A Note on our Closing:
Once your request is approved, we will send you a brand-new replacement free of charge.
(Please note: Since we are clearing our warehouse, if the exact item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund for that piece instead.)
